As this holiday season approaches, humanitarian organization Church World Service announces “Build a Village” (http://www.buildavillage.org) - a new, animated, on-line resource.  Interactive, playful, and informative, Build a Village is a gateway for the whole family to learn more about the world, the work of Church World Service (CWS), and the many ways they can help the most vulnerable. 

In the Build a Village website, visitors can learn about the CWS Tools and Blankets Program., which This program helps to meet immediate and long-term needs of people in crisis: from blankets, tents, and emergency supplies in the wake of disaster to material assistance, education and training, and small enterprise loans as part of sustainable development programs.
