![]() The outbreak of a mystery disease is continuing in Papua New Guinea’s Southern Highlands. Reports from the Kagua Erave district say an average of two people are dying each day and there is a looming shortage of medicine. The National newspaper says the disease, which is believed to be a form of malaria, has claimed more than 100 lives since April. The government has sent a medical team to the region and is waiting for its report so it can plan its response. Source: http://www.abc.net.au/ra/
